Nancy has combined all of the elements of her training over the past four decades and put it into a concentrated 60 minute experience.Nancy was drawn to yoga as her practice as a teacher began to evolve. Though her classes included elements of stretch, Nancy found that yoga helped take her class to another level of flexibilty and strength.There are no prerequisites and all levels are welcome! This class takes it one step further than your standard barre class. There is a greater focus on cardio, upper body, abs and glutes throughout the entire class.
